vondingen was founded in 2012 as a Berlin-based design brand for furniture and accessories by artist Georg Eisenmenger and designer Jakob Timpe. The company launched with its emblematic product Stand, a table frame with a tabletop. Further products are added at varying times. Sales are made directly through our webshop and via selected distribution partners.

Our products are valuable without being expensive: we achieve very high quality manufacturing and durability in a mid-range price segment. vondingen produces sustainably and trades fairly.

We offer our customers simple and innovative objects for everyday use. Things that take on new tasks, apply new functionalities or offer new solutions. The selection of our collection is determined by the originality, poetry and practical value of the designs. With their informal character, they create meaning, joy and utility and enrich a wide variety of interiors.

Select the product you want in the online shop, choose between sizes, colours and materials, and click on ‘Add to cart’.

Under ‘View cart’, you can check your order and add a note if necessary. Click on the ‘Checkout’ button to enter your contact details and delivery address. Click on ‘Continue’ to select your payment method. We work with the payment service provider Klarna, which guarantees secure payment.

As soon as you click on the ‘Place order and pay’ button, you are making a binding order. We accept your order and complete the purchase contract by sending you an order confirmation e-mail.

You can also order our products in the online shop, by telephone or by e- mail and receive an invoice by e-mail.

Orders are usually delivered within 14 days, often significantly faster. There are no delivery charges within Germany (except for table tops), outside Germany, they are calculated separately depending on the order and delivery address. For such deliveries, we will be pleased to provide you with the exact delivery charges on request.

Custom-made products (e.g. special sizes) may require longer production or delivery times.

By selling through our own web shop and selected partners, we bypass many intermediate steps, which benefits quality, affordability and customer proximity.

We deliver to all EU countries. We are also pleased to deliver to other countries upon request. Higher delivery charges may apply in such cases, and special customs and import regulations may need to be considered.

We offer Klarna or prepayment (bank transfer) as payment methods. All payment and customer data is protected using modern secure encryption methods.

Products can be returned if they are new, undamaged and in their original packaging. The customer is responsible for the costs of returning and redelivery.

vondingen guarantees repairs or replacement deliveries in the case of proven manufacturing and material defects as well as transport damage, but not in the case of damage caused by incorrect use. Defects must be reported in text form within 14 days.

Each of our products comes with a detailed product description. Here you can read about the product's area of application and how it is manufactured, as well as other information. In addition to assembly instructions, you will also find information on materials, size, weight, etc. under ‘Details’, as well as tips on how to care for the products.

Sustainability is important to us in our products. Therefore, we pay attention to:

• Local production or short supply chains to minimise CO₂ emissions in logistics

• Transparency regarding material origin and production conditions

• Use of recycled or recyclable materials (e.g. felts, upholstery fabrics)

• No surface treatment or use of water-based varnishes to ensure that the material remains breathable and natural in appearance

• Modular design and repairability to extend the product's usage life

• Minimised packaging made from recyclable (e.g. cardboard) or biodegradable materials (e.g. raw nettle)
